ABOUT ME
Hi! My name is Stephanie, but you can call me Steph (everyone else does!). I was born and raised in St. Catharines, Ontario. I was lucky enough to grow up in the beautiful Niagara Region, surrounded by stunning nature, fruit orchards and sandy beaches along two Great Lakes. It may not be the most glamorous hometown, but it allowed me to experience all the benefits of a ‘big city’ while never being more than a few minutes away from the dirt paths and quiet forests where I feel most at home.

Wise Guys Charity
Founded in 1991, The Wise Guys Charity has been instrumental in raising funds for many worthy causes within the Niagara Region.
Niagara VegFest
Niagara VegFest is an annual event that takes place in downtown St. Catharines, Ontario and is organized by a team of local citizens. It celebrates the many benefits of a healthy, compassionate, plant-based lifestyle, and showcases exhibitors, vendors, and speakers from the Niagara region and beyond.
St. Catharines Rowing Club
Founded in 1903, The St. Catharines Rowing Club is a non-profit organization based in St. Catharines, Ontario.The SCRC has a long and distinguished history of rowing excellence and community service dating back more than a century.
